Colonial Christmas Tours

On December 1st, residents in our St.Mary’s County communities can begin a new holiday tradition with Historic St. Mary’s City’s Colonial Christmas tours! Celebrated St.Marys rooted Christmas traditions as you explore the Town Center with newly freed servant as he employs holiday traditions and the goodwill of the season to try to win a young lady’s heart.

Illuminated London Town

Every Friday and Saturday from December 7th-22nd, Sturbridge residents can enjoy the Illuminated London Town holiday display. Sip hot cider and roast s’mores beside roaring fires in the Historic Area. Discover colonial nighttime festivities and holidays at a candlelit William Brown House, decorated for the season. A short drive from our Pony Club Estates community, guest can experience the magic of a winter evening at Historic London Town & Gardens.

Eastport Yacht Club Lights Parade

Join in on this beloved Annapolis tradition! Every year on the 2nd Saturday of December, boats parade down the Annapolis Harbor equipped with all kinds of lights, ornaments, music, and fun. Find your favorite viewing spot along the Annapolis Spa Creek waterfront, and watch as the boats illuminate the night sky! Minutes away from Annapolis’ Cool Spring Ridge community (4 homesites available), the entire family will enjoy this beloved Annapolis tradition!

Christmas Doll & Train Exhibit

Take a day trip St. Clement’s Island Museum to experience the one of a kind Christmas Doll & Train Exhibit. Less than an hours drive from our Raneri Run community, museum visitors can enjoy a holiday exhibit of antique and collectible dolls, trains and toys in this festive holiday display. Pick up a few gifts for family and friends in the museum gift shop! The Christmas Doll & Train Exhibit will be open from December 3rd-January 6th.

Midnight Madness Holiday Shopping In Annapolis

Held in downtown Annapolis, Midnight Madness is a local holiday shopping tradition! Just a thirty minute drive from our High Meadow Hillscommunity, residents are invited to stroll along the red brick sidewalks of downtown Annapolis from 6PM until midnight for an evening of holiday shopping. From December 6th- 20th, streets and storefronts will be adorned with holiday decorations, trees, garland, snowflakes, bows and lights along with performers in the streets and in-store refreshments and entertainment.
