How long have you been with Sturbridge?
I have been with Sturbridge Homes for 10 ½ years.
What’s your favorite place to eat by the Sturbridge Communities?
I love eating at multiple restaurants at Solomons Island. One of our homeowners is the proprietor on Kingfishers. I love supporting our homeowners. Other restaurants I love are Charles Street Brassiere, Island Hideaway, and Dry Dock. All of those restaurants are on the water.
What’s your favorite part about working for Sturbridge?
I like helping people find a beautiful home that they will make memories with their families for years to come is one reason I like working for Sturbridge. Another reason that I like working for Sturbridge is that I know that Sturbridge builds a quality product. The quality product and workmanship gives me confidence when selling their homes.
What is your favorite floor plan?
I have worked in 2 different communities for Sturbridge. In Residences of Wildewood my favorite is the Admiral. The size and the amount of windows is very pleasing. At Ranieri Run the floor plan that is my favorite is the Covington, because it has so much flexibility to fit most peoples’ lifestyle. It starts at 4 bedrooms and go to 7 bedrooms.

How long have you been with Sturbridge?
I am pushing 20 years with the company. Started in the office as a Sales and Marketing Manager and for the last several years, I have transitioned back into the sales offices as a community sales manager.
What’s your favorite part about working for Sturbridge?
My favorite part about working for Sturbridge Homes is that I communicate directly with the owners of the company which allows for quick responses on decisions being made with regards to sales and marketing. I also like the fact that many of our subcontractors have been with us for several years and an owner of Sturbridge as well as long term construction team members are on site on a daily basis to assure quality control which gives me confidence in selling a product that I know will be consistently up to the standards we demand and would want for ourselves as if every Sturbridge Home was our personal home. Everyone puts great pride and care into their work which ultimately makes for happy homeowners.
What is your favorite floor plan?
My favorite floorplan is the Wheaton for our product over 2,500 square feet and for the product I am currently selling, that is a tough one as I like both the Newport and the Kensington. I am also really looking forward to seeing the product we will be releasing with a first-floor owner’s suite and no basements at Highmeadow Hills. That might become one of my new favs!
