Our Favorite Instapot Home Meals

The Instant Pot has been around for a decade, but it’s popularity has really taken off in the last few years. With multiple cooking features and an all-in-one design, it’s no wonder there are thousands of recipes online.

This newfangled version of the Crockpot has become quite the craze! If you got one for the holidays but have yet to test it out, we’re sharing our favorite recipes for convenient home-cooked Instapot meals.

Breakfast Casserole

Start the day off right with a breakfast casserole the whole family will love! With sausage, potatoes, eggs and cheese, you’ll have every ingredient for an easy meal on a busy morning. You can even spice things up with bell peppers and onion, or add some vitamins with kale, chopped zucchini and diced sweet potatoes. And if you make a double recipe, you can freeze it and reheat on a different day. Who doesn’t love two breakfasts in one?

Beef Stroganoff

In the colder months, a hearty and filling meal is the best way to warm up. Beef stroganoff will certainly stick with you through the day. With only 20 minutes of prep work and 40 minutes of cooking, you’ll have a satisfying recipe of beef, mushrooms and noodles in less than an hour. If you want a creative spin on the old classic, add mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes and spinach to your recipe.

Crack Chicken

The name couldn’t be a better descriptor of this mouthwatering meal. Your family will be addicted to this easy crack chicken recipe! A delicious blend of bacon, cream cheese and ranch might not be low-calorie, but it is low-carb. Pair it with some vegetables or a side salad to balance the heaviness of this substantial dish.

Pork Tacos

If you’re a part of the keto movement, a good clean-eating Mexican food recipe has to make the weekly menu! Instapot carnitas is a great way to stock up on flavorful meat for several south of the border meals. Once your meat is juicy, tender, and seasoned to perfection, you can add it to low-carb tortillas or a bowl of lettuce, salsa and avocado. Tasting good and feeling healthy — we love that combo!

Instapot Desserts

It’s February and we definitely have a sweet tooth this month! Did you know your Instant Pot can handle desserts too? From brownies and cheesecake to creme brulee, we’re sure you’ll satisfy your sugar craving with these easy Instant Pot dessert recipes.
