Trusted Subcontractors- We have used the same subcontractors for multiple jobs, and in many cases, have been working with the same subcontractors for over 20 years. The consistent relationship we have with our subcontractors ensures that our standards are upheld from project to project and home to home within the same community. At Sturbridge, we build with our subcontractors to ensure there are no “surprises” during or after construction and so there is constant communication on site.
